OPEN HOUSE & SECURITY: With a pre-arranged daily / weekly / monthly schedule, danthebritishbutler will act as a guardian for your homes.  A simple regular house open check can prevent any minor but nuisance problems that can build up in an un-used property.  This arrangement works alongside security alarm systems as an effective deterrent, repelling unwanted visitors and wildlife.

Housekeeping: Ensuring your property is ready and cleaned up to a 5* standard at all times enabling you to turn up at a moments notice to enjoy your home.  Regular housekeeping guarantees all your personal homeware from silverware, glassware, furniture & linens to hardware such as shower units, washing machines and poolside furniture and parasols are kept in a ready to use and functioning state

House Finance: household utitilities, vehicles and staff  all run like clockwork until they don't!  Dan the Butler offers a trustworthy and reliable accounting service allowing you to never have to worry about the wifi, electricity bill, refuse collections or insurances and security bills.  I keep a hard copy filing system in your home and a comprehensive spreadsheet analysis of all payments emailed to you on a regular basis.

Cars:It's great to keep your family, sports, & leisure and staff vehicle at the property when you are not there,  and with Dan the Butler on board you will never have to worry about their upkeep.  Insurance, maintenance, documentation and storage with full staff training on any car that is available for their use.

Staff: Dan the Butler can assist / organise with the recruitment and training of all staff coming into your home. From chefs, nannys, housekeepers, drivers & security, I will ensure all new recruitments are suitably checked and verified with references.  Full training, support and payments can be arranged.

Contractors:Before any contractors enter your property a comprehensive & price competitive range of quotes will be submitted to you.  Full oversight of any work on your property will ensure all security sign ins are verified with time frames and good working practices are adhered to.

Provisioning:Full provisioning for your home is essential and with Dan. the Butler you will never have to worry about an empty fridge or wine cellar when you arrive to enjoy your home.  I work closely with the principles and learn quickly all your dietary requirements and culinary likes and dislikes. I also provision for housekeeping, maintenance and garden.

Garden & Pool maintenance: I will always ensure that your gardener and pool contractor are on site and working at the right times enabling you to always enjoy your outside spaces without any disruption.  Dan the Butler can also take on the training of the pool systems limiting any unnecessary bills to outside contractors.

Reporting & Inventory:Full weekly, bi monthly or monthly reporting on your home and finances come as standard.  Before taking on a new property I will undertake a full inventory for you, keeping it updated each month.
